At M TECH Massage Chairs, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. This policy explains when an order can be canceled and the conditions that apply.

Order Cancellation Before Shipping

Customers may cancel their order before the product has been shipped or dispatched from our warehouse.

If you wish to cancel your order:

✔ Please contact our support team as soon as possible
✔ Provide your order details and contact information

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the order will be canceled and any eligible payment will be refunded according to our refund policy.

 

Cancellation After Shipping

If the product has already been shipped or is out for delivery, the order may no longer be eligible for immediate cancellation.

In this case:

✔ Customers may request a return after receiving the product
✔ The request will follow the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy
✔ Delivery or transportation fees may apply

Our team will assist you with the return process if necessary.

 

Restocking Fees

At this time, M TECH Massage Chairs does not charge restocking fees for canceled or returned products.

However:

✔ Delivery or transportation costs are non-refundable
✔ Additional logistics or transportation costs may apply if the product has already been shipped or delivered

How to Request an Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with the following information:

• Customer name
• Order details or product model
• Reason for cancellation

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the order can be canceled.
