All massage chairs purchased from M TECH Massage Chairs include a local warranty period, starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty period may vary depending on the specific model purchased. The exact warranty duration will be confirmed at the time of purchase or listed on the product page.

During the warranty period, eligible issues caused by manufacturing defects or normal usage will be repaired or serviced by our technical team.

What Is Covered Under Warranty

The warranty covers defects that occur under normal residential use, including:

✔ Motor or mechanical component defects
✔ Internal massage mechanism problems
✔ Manufacturing defects in parts or components

If a covered issue occurs during the warranty period, our service team will arrange inspection and repair.

 

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation or handling by unauthorized persons
• Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized technicians
• Damage caused by improper power supply or voltage issues
• Normal wear and tear of external materials such as upholstery or cosmetic parts
