At M TECH Massage Chairs, customer satisfaction is our priority. To give customers confidence in their purchase, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all eligible massage chair orders.

Please review the policy below to understand the return process, refund conditions, and eligibility requirements.

 

Return Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase during this period, you may contact our support team to request a return or product exchange.

Return requests made after the 14-day period may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Who Pays Return Shipping

For approved returns:

✔ Customers are responsible for return delivery or transportation fees
✔ The original delivery fee is non-refundable
✔ If a product exchange is requested, the transportation cost for the new delivery may apply

Our team will confirm the exact transportation cost before arranging the return.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✔ Product must be in good working condition
✔ Product must not have physical damage
✔ All original accessories, components, and parts must be included
✔ Product must be returned with original packaging if available
✔ Product must not show excessive wear, misuse, or modification

All returned products may be inspected by our technical team before approval.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

✔ If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
✔ Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase whenever possible
✔ In some cases, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or another agreed payment method

Delivery, installation, or transportation fees are not refundable.

Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

 

Product Exchange

Customers may request a product exchange within 14 days if they wish to change to another massage chair model.

✔ Customers may upgrade or switch models
✔ Any price difference must be paid or refunded accordingly
✔ Transportation costs may apply for the replacement delivery

Our team will assist customers in choosing the most suitable alternative model.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

Certain situations may not qualify for return or refund, including:

• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
• Products missing accessories or essential parts
• Custom orders or special-order products made specifically for the customer
• Clearance or promotional sale items marked as final sale
• Products returned after the 14-day return window

These conditions help maintain product quality and safety standards.
